These Terms of Use apply to the iOS app SinceWhen: Event Log & Tracker provided by DevApt ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. License and Apple Terms

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple's mandatory terms, Apple's terms apply.

2. What the app does

SinceWhen helps you track personal events and logs on your device. Features can include reminders, widgets, shortcuts, insights, backup options, and optional paid upgrades.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

SinceWhen offers free usage and optional paid products, including auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase.

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are shown in your local App Store and may vary by region. Family Sharing availability follows App Store product configuration and Apple rules.

4. Data, privacy, and backups

You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies where applicable, including exported files you choose to store.

5. Availability and changes

We may update app features, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest version.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevApt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access to app features if required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
