Privacy Policy

This policy describes how DevApt ("we", "us", "our") handles information for the iOS app SinceWhen: Event Log & Tracker. The app runs on your device with minimal data handling.

1. Data collection

Events and log entries (titles, icons, colors, timestamps, notes) are stored on your device and, if you use Pro, optionally in your iCloud account. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. We have no servers that store your event or log data.

2. iCloud

iCloud backup (Pro) stores a JSON file in your iCloud Drive. This is under your Apple ID and Apple's iCloud terms. We do not access this data except when you choose Restore within the app.

3. Purchases (RevenueCat)

Pro purchases are processed via Apple and validated by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may receive anonymized purchase information for entitlement management. For details, see RevenueCat Privacy Policy.RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

4. Export and import

Export produces a JSON file that you control. Import reads a JSON file you select on your device. No data is sent to our servers.

5. No ads, no tracking

We do not show ads. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking in the app. The app does not include crash reporting or behavioral tracking by default.

6. Data deletion

"Erase all data" in Settings deletes all local events and logs. You can also remove any iCloud backup file from iCloud Drive if you use Pro backup.

7. Children

The app is suitable for all ages. No account is required for basic use. In-app purchases require an Apple ID; parental controls apply as per Apple's policies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page.
