Track the stuff worth remembering — road trips, night out, the plants you're trying to keep alive. Quick setup, one tap to log. Here's how.
1
Create Your First Event
Tap the + button on the home screen to add an event. Give it a name (e.g. "Haircut", "Visit a new place", "Charge earbuds"), pick an icon from the grid, and choose a color.
Tip
You can use any emoji as a custom icon — tap the emoji option at the top of the icon picker and choose from your keyboard.
2
Log When You Do It
When you've done the thing, tap the icon on the event tile to log it. You'll see a quick checkmark animation and the "time since" will reset.
Tip
In Settings → Behavior, turn on "Log by tapping anywhere" to log by tapping anywhere on the tile — handy for quick logging.
3
View Insights
Open the Insights tab and tap any event to see:
Charts — logs per month, days between logs
Average interval — how often you typically do it
History — full list of logs with optional notes
4
Sort & Reorder Events
Use the sort menu (arrow icon) on the home screen to sort by:
Last logged
Newest / oldest created
Drag to reorder — long-press and drag to arrange events your way
5
Add Widgets
Add events to your home screen or lock screen for one-tap logging without opening the app.
Long-press your home screen → Add Widget
Find SinceWhen and pick a size (small, medium, large 3×2 or 3×3)
Tap the widget to choose which events to show
6
Backup & Export (Pro)
Pro users get iCloud Backup — automatic or manual. Go to Settings → Data & Backup to set it up.
Export your data as JSON anytime (Pro). Import is free for everyone — useful when switching devices or restoring.
